Ken Garduno
Ken Garduno was born in LA, California where he graduated from Art Center College of Design with honors in illustration. Ken now shows his work shown in galleries around the world, in addition to commercial illustration projects.
I would place him on the same high pedestal as Brett Hellquist (Illustrator for "A Series of Unfortunate Events", and much more). Their work both conveys this sense of darkness and mystery. Ken's characters faces exhibit thoughtfulness and heavy shading as if constantly under the light of a cheap motel lamp and his exaggerated limbs add to the lanky, unstable persona that his drawings seem to almost incarnate.
